There are other settings you can try like turning off retracts on layer change or increasing the start retract speed. I also use 1.9mm as the retract amount with no restart distance. Not sure why increasing the speed ~20% would have this big an impact. Perhaps the 3 combined are just the perfect combination? Anyone else have any thoughts?
