WebIf you have mods installed, try going to your game install folder (by default C > Program Files (x86) > Origin Games > Dragon Age Inquisition), go to the Update folder, then the mod folder (by default it gets named Patch_ModManagerMerge), open package.mft using notepad and increase the number next to version by one, see if that fixes it.
