WebYou should be using GSync with a Nvidia card and FreeSync with AMD GPUs. I am not familiar with your specific monitor but GSync is best used if given the option. Removing all screen tears is far superior even if you go from 1ms to 3ms or something. Although I'm surprised you would lose any input lag/response time from enabling GSync. Just a note.
