WebOn 1 st October 2024 Paolo Griffa participated in the Italian Selection of the Bocuse d’Or and in December 2024 he became the Executive Chef of Grand Hotel Royal and Golf in Courmayeur and Chef of the Petit Royal. In 2024 Paolo gets his first Michelin Star and publishes ‘’Petit Royal’’ a great illustrated monograph.
